@stop @nelson Fun fact: Initially, Penguin refused to let us design any part of the book, claiming their own expertise. But we took one look at the samples they submitted (ick) and we refused to move forward unless they let me design the entire book.

@stop @nelson But then, they refused to pay me the rate I gave them for all the design work. So they paid me partially in books. I still have a (dwindling) supply of mint condition books in my office.
