@JustinMezzell We were pushing this idea 10 years ago. I believe @trammell initiated the idea and led the research on it. If I remember right, the resistance was, even though quality (of tweets & experience) went up, all other business/quantity metrics would go down.

@stop @JustinMezzell @trammell And that was back when engagement numbers were only visible by tapping though to the tweet. Nothing was visible on the timeline back then.
