@mikeindustries @mathowie I used to take days to recover from anything longer than 5ish miles. But those are cake now. Maybe it’s just that our bodies aren’t used to 10+ runs yet. Too infrequent.

@mathowie @mikeindustries Ouch. I can’t ever imagine running a full. But that’s also what I always said to my wife about the half a few years ago – that I’d never put my body thru stress for that long of a duration. I already have knee issues sometimes. So I may heed your history as being forewarned.

@mikeindustries @mathowie Knees feel like crap tonight. But some time in the hot tub today with the jets helped. And so did time with my Theragun a running friend gifted me last year. Wish I could use that thing right on my knees, but it doesn’t do well against bone.
