@jjg Problem is, any user who has already seen a tweet (organically, or via another user’s retweet) is not supposed to see that tweet again.

@stop @jjg In practice, this doesn’t always hold true. But it’s what prevents you seeing tweets repeatedly resurfaced as they get RTed every time.
