@goldman I might say “often” – don’t know about “well” yet.
-
Spotted in a UI recently: “Create new audience”. Reminds me of one in @veen‘s talks: “Create new country”. I love the power of the web.
-
@pankaj There’s a better way to do this, right? Like a pointer to a canonical list, tweeted a couple times throughout the day.
-
@morrick If it breaks, @luxuryluke is our first alert system.
-
@JonVictorino Interesting. Thanks for the pointer, Jon.
-
@mager True. I do have a sweet tea beside me though. ;-)
-
Sunday afternoon. Wife and daughter napping. I’m designing. Giants game on in the background. Breeze blowing through the window.
-
@sacca Trend descriptions may not even help in cases like this. People see a trend in the list, and fire off an immediate response.
-
@jbrewer @DanaBrewer So excited for you both. Congrats. Welcome, Dillon! Josh – glad you didn’t stick around to close out Teatime. Whew!

Oslo bombing – in pictures http://t.co/KtTVoT2
-
@briggles Glad to hear you’re ok and far away from that now. Can only imagine how unsettling it still is though…
-
@ellenbeldner Still trying to figure out if he wrote this as a joke. I can’t take anyone seriously when they use “nowadays”. cc @Zhanna
-
@tjkelly Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version. An old version placed the follow button on the bottom of the UI.
-
@tjkelly Follow button is on the top right of the profile view, beside the avatar and username.
-
A public happy birthday wish to my beautiful wife, @CamBowman.
-
@alexhorre Where the kiosk was is now the entrance. It’s a beautiful place.
-
@daylenyang How is it hypocritical when I wrote that it was also a note and reminder to myself?
-
@matias Still available, linked from the follow button page: http://t.co/QKWpgEZ
-
@mdo It’s awesome to think you guys are finally in the city now.
-
@DavidDarnes @glennvanbogaert FYI, that page is linked at the bottom of every footer under “Resources”.
-
For the record, if you ever need an official Twitter logo, multiple PNG and EPS files are available here: twitter.com/about/resource…
-
@couch @tomcoates @arielwaldman @hellbox Wow. That last statement is humbling.
-
@arielwaldman @mike_ftw @tomcoates I’m fav’ing this entire conversation.
-
@tomcoates @arielwaldman You mean we shouldn’t consider hiring him?
-
Five years ago today, on July 15, 2006, Twttr opened its doors to the public.
-
@raubeelack Right. One of my techie nerd early-adopter friends recently got mad because of all the tweets he thought weren’t accessible.
-
@raubeelack Nope. I still encounter people who had no idea. To be fair, there’s not much that indicates it’s tappable or does anything.
-
@oo Because the app attempts to both keep some of the tweets you saw last login, and show newest tweets. Could be 100s in between.
-
That jagged line you sometimes see between tweets on Twitter for iPhone or iPad? Try tapping it.
-
@mdo @Trenti @Zhanna @trammell No, but it does auto equal lumberjack. #cantdenyit
-
@YS Looks at your default language pref, which is probably inherited from your phone’s settings.
-
@cliffcheney @mkornalian Right – everything needs to degrade to SMS, even with shortened links.
-
@cindyli I’m in agreement. Just thought it odd that Southwest wouldn’t learn from past complaints, especially those that ended up in court.
-
@cindyli Perhaps Southwest took the 2002 ruling as carte blanche for all future initiatives? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_No…
-
My Google+ stream consists of: 1) Posts from Google employees; 2) Posts from Scoble; 3) Posts critiquing Google+.
-
@globalmoxie For your sake, I hope they removed the back buttons too…
-
@dustinlikewhoa Thanks, man. Haven’t seen anything from the school until you mentioned it. Pretty dramatic diff. #notsureilikeittho
-
You say you’ll give me eyes in a moon of blindness…
-
@abduzeedo Also sounds like adventures in the post-gastronomical experience.
-
@joeypfeifer Nah – the first version was stronger. Only because I can relate!
-
@khoi @joeypfeifer Doh! Joey – had you not deleted that last tweet, I wanted to fave that entire conversation.
-
@maupuia Yes. Twitter changed permission models recently – apps no longer have automatic access to your DMs.
-
@jeremy Vespa, yes. With a 3/4 helmet, so the washer fluid sucks more.
-
Freeway drivers: if there’s a rider on two wheels behind you, don’t suddenly decide you need to wash your windshield.
-
@danielmall Or the Mac Twitter client available in the app store (the next iteration of Tweetie). New features, faster, etc.
-
@danielmall That’s the new OAuth permissions model Twitter launched recently. Apps don’t automatically have access to your DMs anymore.
-
@HisQueen_Nae Why would you include my username in that tweet?
