@isaach Congratulations to you and Wendy on a beautiful little baby!
-
@nthtch It’s still a glance-the message link is right there. But whether someone is following you is only relevant when you need to DM them.
-
Fascinating conversation with @Jennison at HQ today about accessibility and Twitter. We’re extremely grateful for his time.
-
@danbenjamin I’m curious – what specifically do you think might change?
-
Fun debates this morning with @Zhanna over fine-grain details. Because getting the details right matters to us.
-
@isaach If only your other anticipated arrival happened that quickly, eh?
-
@rogieking Oh, and follower count doesn’t mean much. Maybe for someone with 1M+ would have overflowing replies, but not us.
-
@rogieking Not hard to reply, just hard to reply to everyone every time. You’re someone whose name I now know through Twitter & other places
-
@rogieking Yep – I’ve felt that too. ;-) Look at my profile – I try to reply pretty frequently when I can…
-
@colbay I enjoyed the original. Not sure about this Hollywood remake.
-
@extrachewy Probably not if those words are limited to the first 140 characters. ;-)
-
I look for raw talent, or promise of talent, in the first 2 to 3 pieces of a designer’s portfolio. Otherwise, I move on.
-
@jtbandes From the update posted yesterday: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4254?viewlocale=en_US
-
What luck! Apparently Douglas and Bowman were two football players suspended in 2007 from the Iowa Hawkeyes. http://j.mp/9mnRRA
-
@jtbandes There’s a new “with inertia” feature that got added in the latest update. You have to experience it to understand.
-
@luxuryluke Nope. Just noticing the effects of the update on my MBP’s built-in trackpad.
-
The new scroll “with inertia” feature in Apple’s trackpad update makes scrolling feel more iPhone/iPad-like. And fast.
-
@markboulton My bumper I bought same time as the phone didn’t stay on for more than 30 minutes. I couldn’t stand the feel if it.
-
Day 2 of Operation: Zero Caffeine Intake. The headaches have subsided. Energy level still feels dangerously low.
-
RT @mike_ftw: Yo dawg! I heard you like Adobe updates so I made an update for the Adobe Updater for you to update.
-
Congrats, @Maggie. http://mightygirl.com/2010/07/27/six-years-of-lovely-sold/
-
Do websites need to be experienced exactly the same in every browser? http://j.mp/dwntbeetsieb
-
Unhappy about the lack of a matte option on the new Apple 27″ display? Medium-grade sandpaper will take care of that nicely.
-
@trammell Makes you want to jump into the fray, huh?
-
@ashr Yikes, that’s a tough one. “Redesign” doesn’t seem like the right choice there…
-
Getting lots of evil stares today because of my #bpcares shirt. Apparently the oil dripping from the BP logo is too subtle.
-
Someone needs to make an iPhone4 case that rounds the back similar to the 3Gs.
-
Someone pass me the garlic. — at Garlic Festival http://gowal.la/r/X6FF

Apricot, avocado, and helicopter. These are words my 2 year old daughter knows, but they all sound exactly alike.
-
@DBeckner Is that what happens when it gets hit by a helicopter?
-
RT @CamBowman: OH: You’ve got to give it away to keep it!
-
Want a free case for your iPhone 4? There’s an app for that (from Apple). http://j.mp/bWTEyM
-
@BoogsterSU2 Dude – you’re losing it. I have nothing to do with YouTube.
-
@ashr Not saying it’s wrong. Just saying that it adds confusion when the name of a profession is diluted to a more general term.
-
@rk That’s where the confusion comes in – dilution of the term to mean something everyone does.
-
Engineering’s use of “design” as a descriptor – as in design review and design doc – creates a lot of confusion.
-
Just received an email from Apple that I’ve been automatically refunded for the bumper I purchased with my iPhone4. Unexpected.
-
@episod Ooh, love Primo Patio. I haven’t been there in years.
-
@hippeesooz No problem. With this username, I get all kinds of accidental mentions/replies. I try to respond humorously to them sometimes.
-
@isaach And you think that will change afterward? :-)
-
@hippeesooz I didn’t know I had access to your emoticons.
-
@kitson I think that’s part of a bug that got introduced recently. Will hopefully be fixed soon.
-
@mezzoblue Hey, at least it’s a/b testing, not a-t testing…
-
@chrismessina Yes, but we know how that works. Employee versions are the alpha/beta tests for public consumer versions. ;-)
-
Wait, Google offers credit cards now?! Can you pay your balance down by watching ads on YouTube? http://j.mp/b9ywVD /cc @chrismessina
-
@pilgrimmills I see them opposite. Design encompasses & considers UX – just one of many things to consider within Design with a big D.
-
I’m seeing lots of attempts to separate and compartmentalize Design and UX. But I say if Design and UX aren’t integrated, they both fail.
