@gwb LB supports a pretty wide set of index prefs. Some extensibility. They recently added 1Password support.
-
@mikeindustries @gwb @dkr I’ve done the same (and been happy) with LB for years. Tried Alfred, didn’t stick.
-
@CamBowman I checked the dryer, but forgot to check the washer. Have you checked it yet?
-
@ashsmash The Nike+ app is pretty cool for activity. Very accurate distance with GPS, plus cool maps. But yes, it would suck a battery dry.
-
@ashsmash I keep wondering why a continuously running app on my phone couldn’t do the same thing? I’d get constant data then.
-
@davepell Dog. But he does way more than a few hundred steps per week. Unless they aren’t registering as steps every time.
-
@noahlt Nah, I forgot to take it off a pair of jeans before wife washed them. But it wasn’t there after. Checked dryer. Forgot about washer.
-
@omid If so, it’s pretty sad if he’s only getting a few hundred steps in per week…
-
@nicksergeant Checked the dryer. But forgot about the washer.
-
@troygilbert Checked the dryer as soon as I remembered leaving it on some jeans. But haven’t checked the washer yet…
-
Lost my Fitbit a few weeks ago somewhere in the house. But somehow, my activity summary emails still report a few hundred steps per week.

@missjosiegrl Imagine how I feel…

@alexgiron @bhaggs Great. Promoted alarms?
-
@bhaggs Sunday is the new Tuesday. (But seriously, what was that about?)
-
I’m really excited about what I saw happening during today’s studio session for Twitter’s @design team.
-
@CamBowman Hope you remembered mine.
-
@VizCab … it might just be a duck quacker.

How quickly we presume or believe guilt over innocence. Even among our greatest heroes.

@Arlen There are also many other theme style sheets emerging – they all use the same markup base. Similar to CSS Zen Garden from years ago.
-
@Arlen Also, as the name implies, it’s a framework to help get people started so they don’t need to deal with basics starting from scratch.
-
@Arlen The CSS is updated and expanded regularly. If you use BS markup patterns, you’ll be able to take advantage of the updates.
-
@Arlen You can start with the default for both, then customize the CSS if you want a different look. blog.getbootstrap.com/2012/04/27/tal…

@davepell Well-deserved. Now… no pressure. ;-)
-
@kylefrost Yes. I’m enjoying these mini-editions curated by sources I trust and like. Refreshing and efficient. cc @davepell @mike_ftw

@hunterwalk Typing symbols like + and even # in URLs is so foreign and counter-intuitive to me. Wonder if it will stick.

@jmwhittaker I remember that one, almost backed it. Supposedly my elevation docks just shipped. #crossedfingers

@Just_That_King Stop putting @ signs in front of random words in your tweets, and we’ll have even fewer problems.
-
@notasausage You could also try, “Hold on, let me update my Updater first…”

RT @origiful: Look! I just made a @stop motion movie on our team offsite: gifshop.tv/m/QQCC7WL1A7/
-
@tbgdesign Not much work this time. Likely none!
-
Looking forward to offsite fun in Napa today with the ever-growing @design team.
-
@danbenjamin At this point, I’d almost prefer a dentist’s drill.
-
The drilling! Endless, endless, loud drilling.
-
@Cennydd I got overruled when I attempted to switch the format years ago. Abbreviated relative timestamps were easier for convincing.
-
@hunterwalk @othman Yes – mention email notifications are quite delayed too, by up to 12 hours.
-
@DarrinB Yes – this one: withings.com/en/babymonitor Although I ended up returning it because of quality issues.
-
@behoff I assume you meant to insert a NOT in there somewhere? If so, same here.
-
@AlanHogan If they have a setup similar to Twitter’s, you might be able to log back in and reactivate it for up to 30 days.
-
@delbius Yes. And apparently they’re assuming followers on Twitter are all “friends” worthy of notification.
-
Apparently a new email setting from Pinterest was flipped on last night. cl.ly/image/1A2W3H45…
-
@CamBowman At least you’re not stuck at the Apple store getting someone else’s phone fixed…
-
@dennisl It’s a pain the butt sometimes, but worth it, IMO. Grab the Authenticator app, and always have your phone with you.
