@shinypb wait, they don’t anymore?

“I’m just some random guy with a beard who someone handed a phone to.” —@sacca
-
@mikeindustries @TheFoodLab seems to have written the definitive on this subject too: aht.seriouseats.com/archives/2010/…
-
@TheFoodLab @mikeindustries Which In-N-Out does if you ask for them extra crispy, right?
-
@wiseacre @Brilliantcrank @mikeindustries Wasn’t suggesting a real menu. ;)
-
@wiseacre @Brilliantcrank @mikeindustries Cool. Needs a hamburger menu tho.
-
@Brilliantcrank @mikeindustries I was also pretty impressed with @habitburger recently. Tried that place yet?
-
@Brilliantcrank @mikeindustries May need to do a Smashburger run for lunch today.
-
@jbrewer @alexhorre @paulozoom Well, we both have a bit of inside knowledge of these things, even if it’s dated by now…
-
@stop @alexhorre @jbrewer @paulozoom Also a reply to yourself w/ username still fans out to the intersection of your followers & your followers ;)
-
@oboxthemes @RianVDM @iamkory @davidperel Sorry, I don’t work there anymore. Tho the 5-char thing sounds new. You’ve tried Support, right?
-
@motherfuton What it it’s on his birth certificate that way? It’s part of his identity and personal brand, dude.
-
@philcoffman Looks like a leaf blower would have done the trick. <ducks>

Gotta love an elementary school principal who blasts Queen’s Bicycle Race at morning drop-off. We’ll miss San Francisco.
-
@emoore @davidbellona If only @drop and @Roll were active accounts, we could all do our thing together.
-
@jlax Are all email templates this bad? It’s been a long, long while since I’ve touched any.
-
@jlax MailChimp template, 2015.
-
Current status: tearing apart a very basic template with 50+ tables nested 12 levels deep.
-
@CCape70 Seems less common for dealers to do that, at least here in CA. But if they do, hardly anyone would remove that.
-
@levifig Same here. Wish I could remove the safety warnings on the visor, but they’re printed on.
-
The percentage of people who offer free advertising to their auto dealer by leaving on that cheap license plate frame is well over 90%.
-
@kfury More specifically, I bet concerns are around when one is being recorded vs not. When a hand is holding up a phone, it’s obvious.
-
@kfury Probably has a lot less to do with live streaming, and more to do with a camera worn on the face.
-
@Cennydd Thank you for joining us when you did, and for all you did for the ’Deck.
-
@mikefarrell @mkruz @FrecklesKelly @dmlozzi Bah – I was thinking you just added another built-in client for @MikeInLAPomade.
-
@mkruz @dmlozzi Wow, that hair! Congrats to you both! Welcome to team-rarely-get-sleep-or-time-to-breathe… I mean #team2kids.
-
@plasticmind Later-faving again, eh
-
That threshold for large events like SXSW where watching the Twitter feed is better than being there.
-
@peterpham Get that thing its own Twitter account already. @elizabeth @owenbrainard @ryangraves @jess
-
Getting back into design and code feels good. Also learning Jinja and a bit of Python.
-
@endashes Stop all the things.
-
@stop @pixelcult However, I am surprised how negative most definitions slant. Definitely not aware of that.
-
@pixelcult I meant it in this context, obviously: (in neutral use) the large size or scale of something. synonyms: immensity, hugeness;
-
@sperte I know it was for me, because of my first tweet: twitter.com/stop/status/67…
-
@sperte Yep – I’m a late adopter relative to you. A n00b.
-
@hassan @jensimmons It is amazing that after all these years, Twitter still has a detailed log of specific events from back then.
-
@stop I also had no idea the impact it would have on me. Thanks, Twitter, and everyone here who makes this place what it is.
-
8 years ago today, I signed up for Twitter at SXSW. Back then, we had no idea the enormity of impact Twitter would have on the world.
-
@jmt I wouldn’t call them knockoffs… the owner grew up in Buenos Aires. ;) She just happens to live here now: woodentablebaking.com/about/
-
@stop @mrb @philcoffman And I have a tiny bit of experience with unintentional mentions. ;)
-
@mrb @philcoffman Otherwise, misdirected @-mentions would plague many users. That’s a problem both for the receiver, and the Instagramer.
-
@mrb @philcoffman This is the reason. Without a linked account, IG can’t assume a user has the same account name on Twitter.
-
@justinfrench Yes, like for me to set up a template for someone else to change/produce on a regular basis. Simple double-sided card stuff.
