@stop @sperte @Brilliantcrank Oh, and fyi, the wager was lose 10% of our (then) body weight by end of June. Those who don’t have to pay for a dinner in Vegas, so it’s double ouch to morale if you don’t make it.

@sperte @Brilliantcrank You can totally do it, and keep us updated too. For me, it just took a tiny extra bit of motivation and accountability. A few friends and I made a wager together when they were over for dinner on Christmas day. I may not win the wager outright, but I’m having fun competing.

@Brilliantcrank Nice work, Greg. So good to make changes like this, especially if you can see or feel the difference, right? I don’t wear an Apple Watch anymore. But I’ve been running consistently, working up to higher volumes. Leads to other life changes too.

Most of the time, people over-justify their response, when a simple “no, thank you” works just fine. I’ve been at booths with my daughters selling Girl Scout Cookies when we’ve faced each of the harassment examples in this thread. twitter.com/InsiderLife/st…
