@mko Ooops, sorry. Sound like I’ve caused you additional work. ;-)
-
@mko Yep – that’s why I don’t use folders for frequently accessed apps. I bury less-used apps in folders 3 or 4 screens deep.
-
@mgrooves Maybe you just need new friends?
-
@Deefer Interesting. That’s how it was before on #newtwitter as well. The behavior hasn’t changed, except for where the mini-profile loads.
-
@sudkish Thanks, we’re aware of that bug.
-
@seengee @jontangerine @jbrewer Good point – many people aren’t aware of the public nature of tweets. But still, no excuse, even if private.
-
@jontangerine @jbrewer Very disturbing to see, not just on Twitter, but that anyone still can think (and tweet publicly) like that.
-
@buttonmonk That will get added back in for a future release.
-
@joemaffia Both will likely be addressed in a future release.
-
Depeche Mode fan? Give the trancey new EP from VCMG (collab of Vince Clarke and Martin Gore) a listen: rd.io/x/QFnePlIqpA
-
@jamessocol Thanks, that seems like a bug.
-
@uxRob Because much of the app was rewritten from the ground up. Some form of shortcut actions from the timeline will likely return.
-
@jonemo Continuation of what was in #newtwitter. Ability to pull up details of a person without leaving context of your current timeline.
-
@joshhemsley Hmm – trying to figure out your con. Don’t think we’ve ever shown those on a following list?
-
@bensk Gotta take the bad with the good. Comes with the territory when a service reaches this scale. Cheers.
-
@kylec Some form of shortcuts to actions will likely be returning in a future release.
-
@LauraGlu Embracing the consumption aspect of Twitter for the growing number of users who don’t want the pressure of tweeting.
-
It’s been an interesting morning, thanks to earlier boredom at the DMV and your replies.
-
@g_rosendorf Some form of shortcut access will be returning in a future release.
-
@martinpolley Actually, that decision was one that catered to high-velocity users who didn’t like the noise of Interactions.
-
@RyanChris @jbrewer You win for using “occlusion of accelerators”.
-
@jmwhittaker Sure. #getonthat
-
@thesash Thanks, we like that too.
-
@RyanChris @jbrewer Can you elaborate on the UX part? May even be worth an offline discussion.
-
@MarcDrummond @beep It’s actually a phenomenal engineering and infra/storage challenge. Esp. if you want a fast result page.
-
@RickettsFish Also, that. Though it may not be a swipe.
-
@RickettsFish We’ll be fixing that soon.
-
@martinpolley Meaning you don’t like the choice on Connect? Or that you don’t want mentions mingled with faves/RTs, etc?
-
@beep Well, more of an access issue. There’s a timeline cache of your own mentions, but others don’t have access to that, except via srch.
-
@kawaljit Thanks. That will likely be added back in for a future release.
-
@jamesproud Thanks. We’ll likely be addressing the first 2 of your three misses.
-
@MarcDrummond Thanks – we may be addressing that in a future release.
-
@shaneadams Interesting – I heard the opposite earlier from someone else.
-
@flyosity So do you find yourself keeping Connect on Interactions? Or do you ever switch into Mentions-only?
-
@wilsonminer I know. That’s partially why I’m favoriting all relevant tweets – also, to preserve them. Mentions will disappear eventually.
-
Tallied 230 favorited replies so far for curation. How has your opinion or usage changed over 2 weeks of using NEW new Twitter? #nnt
-
@TheBakaGuy Thanks – we’re likely already addressing 2 and 3 on your list in future releases.
-
@bartjanverhoef Yep – that’s a major bug in the iPhone app. Should be fixed soon.
-
@tedchen We’re acutely aware of the scrolling on Android, and will be fixing it shortly.
-
@owendesign Cool – we really like that too.
-
@jkottke Both of those aspects will be addressed in followup releases.
-
@zenworm We’ll likely be fixing the position of tweet actions on Web.
-
@subcide Yes, and we’ll be fixing that shortly.
