@snookca Yep, I recognize my account is somewhat of a unique case. Also probably has to do with the generic English word as username.

@stephenhay I had a theory while I worked there that spammers carefully avoided targeting any employees to stay under the radar.

I thought Twitter’s “receive DMs from anyone” setting might work out. But without a separate inbox, the volume of random msgs is increasing.
