@hamlesh It shortened both the link in your tweet I’m replying to, and in the tweet it points to. All automatic. Try a long URL.
-
@listaryapp Fine to keep the quote. :-) Though I’d prefer the contractions I used remain (you’re and you’ll) twitter.com/#!/stop/status…
-
Maybe @beep already said this: seems another way to talk about responsive design is that it’s *responsible* design.
-
@jsamuelson @brianjarrett Pretty sure Brian already included that in the original review.
-
@BrianJarrett Doh, who’s your host? Sorry about this. Both times I’ve linked to your software reviews, the site comes down. :-(

@spinclair Agreed. A most overused term as of late.
-
Innovation always leads to different, but does not guarantee better.
-
@TimHaines Sorry – NH *Landmark* – not monument. Duh…
-
@TimHaines It’s the only moving National Historic Monument – everyone wants to ride them when in SF. Def worth it to do at least once/twice.
-
@TimHaines The turnaround at Powell & Market serves both lines. Pass on the Powell/Mason & wait for the Powell/Hyde if they let you.
-
@TimHaines That’s short for a weekend with good weather.
-
@unstressedvowel Embedded/swirled in. So they were crunchy and salty and ok I’ll stop…
-
Custom ice cream flavor tonight is malted vanilla swirled with carmel and chocolate-covered potato chips. Amazing.
-
@marcibabs Sure – get an iPhone. ;-)
-
@alex_olliver You should also stop placing @-s in front of random words.
-
If you’re a @simplenoteapp user, and you like making lists, you’ll want to check out @listaryapp. Simple, beautiful, brilliant.
-
@AdySan FYI, I filed a bug the other day on your behalf, but Support can’t reproduce this.
-
@blurb For your sake, I hope so too. My doc didn’t have conclusive evidence, but was pretty convinced. I’m so glad I had mine removed now.

-
@zhiQ Not a rollback. The events on that original design are past now. We’ll continue to try new things, and as new big events come up.
-
@halvorson Yay. Human and familiar are part of our guiding design principles. Glad we’re living them in certain areas.
-
I just learned that you can crop and adjust images, create multi-page PDFs, and add annotations, all in Preview.
-
@richardhenry What? You mean it can replace skitch too?
-
@thehalvo ‘Tis true – I’m amazed at how quickly Photoshop launches and works on my MBA. I’m on my old iMac now though.
-
@mikeindustries Nice! I always launch Acrobat for that.
-
I am the last person to learn that I can quickly crop and adjust images in Preview, rather than launching Photoshop every time.
-
@AdySan Looks like it’s from a protected account. Are you logged into your account on Chrome?
-
@couch You’ll have many similar days (of interest) in the months to come…
-
@sminnee The t.cos only appear in clients that haven’t been updated. The display URL is visible on twitter.com: twitter.com/#!/stop/status…
-
@willpolley If you’re sticking with Tweetdeck, bug them to update to display URLs, and you’ll see the good stuff too.
-
@willpolley For you. Not for me. Lulz. ;-) cl.ly/2O253O3e302C3T…
-
@halvorson Now that they’re at 2-character slugs, it will be a while. 62*62=3,844 combinations. Right?
-
@manolosavi Of course, that’s in Twitter for Mac. If you’re sticking with Twitterrific, you’ll need to bug them to update their URL display.
-
@kevinthompson @manolosavi @thanland Coming soon to you too: cl.ly/2O253O3e302C3T…
-
@bengold Not in my version of the client. Coming to you soon. cl.ly/2O253O3e302C3T…
-
@goldman I hope you gave him a few tips.
-
@AdamStadtmiller Definitely worth exploring. We’ve had some similar ideas. Thanks Big Daddy.
-
@LukeW Like the more recent changes. Small note: Twitter uses the bird now instead of the t.
-
@multimichel What do you mean by “counts once”? You can include a username as many times as you want, it’s still only one tweet.
-
@ngassmann @multimichel @mlane Why me? I didn’t hire them or give them their title. Just confirmed they existed (back then at least).
-
@aljosenge True too.
-
@kaikemono Huge improvement for me in both. But it also could depend on what you’re used to.
-
@jamieoliver Thank YOU for everything you’re doing. And thanks for stopping by TwitterHQ last night. Great to hear you in person.

-
@danrubin Any idea what that was referring to?
-
@wilsonminer @mdo Really? Because I see the opposite.
