@bhaggs ‘Tis a pretty awesome card. LinkedIn knows how to say good bye with class. Looking forward to having you join us.

FontShop’s promo page for Web Fonts would be a lot more impressive if it actually *used* the fonts, rather than images of fonts.

@markdotto Gotta love a father who’s proud enough of his son to use that son as his identity.

Ever catch yourself trying to click on something in one of your designs, then get frustrated that it’s not real yet?

@miekd We don’t currently allow centered bgs because it’s too easy to blend the bg with the UI and imply an association that doesn’t exist.

Received my free Uniball super ink pen today via a find on @frugalday. Wish it were black. But not bad for free. http://j.mp/cuNNHO

Why does @Myspace cross-post new “messages” for its members on Twitter? Just a small sampling of the bad syntax: http://j.mp/bwpsRP

@joshelman Thought you were planning to just stick with Android for the foreseeable future. What happened?
-
@JessDunow Yes, got my degree in Graphic Comm. Either experience or education (or both) is almost always required. At min: solid portfolio.

A quiet, overcast Saturday in San Francisco spent watching my daughter sleep in my wife’s lap in a chair by the corner window.
-
@robwilley I’ve heard it looks like a bull. Or underpants.
-
@VL That’s a prestigious invitation. Make sure you don’t pass it up.
-
@JessDunow Long answer. But short one is via fine art when I was younger. Discovered design as the perfect blend of art and business.
-
If you’re one of the hopefuls who expect LOST to end with more answers than questions, you may want to lower those expectations.

@kyle We had super-high expectations after watching “Best thing I ever had” on Food. Had those not been there, would have been better.

Breakfast this morning was a maple glazed bacon apple donut from @dynamodonut.
-
@eladgil Oh, my. Everything looks so tasty and beautiful. Looks like a good source for gifts too.

Buzz is stirring contempt for Google among users that feel burned by auto-follow and confusing privacy settings. http://j.mp/b7VgKM
-
@markdotto Not so much if you knew that our old office space wasn’t air conditioned. Guess we just haven’t gotten rid of them yet.

@theharmonyguy I’ve seen both via Gmail when I test auto-complete. Sometimes it’s a name, sometimes it’s a full address.

@theharmonyguy Negative – those are the results of auto-completion. And both of those guys have public profiles.

Good idea by @CamBowman – need a lock feature for the iPhone while playing video so a child can’t accidentally pause or hit home.
-
@meangrape So funny. But yet, scary at the same time.
-
@Ed You can also drag/drop the Buzz tab to the more dropdown below labels, so you never see the unread count.
-
Worth noting: Google took Buzz from announcement to fully launched for all users in less than 26 hours. http://j.mp/9okcVj

Super Data http://blog.twitter.com/2010/02/super-data.html
-
@markdotto Their site never felt inspired. Only reason the event felt Mac like back in the day was Apple’s dominant presence.
-
The main Macworld expo thing opens tomorrow, and it barely seems to be a blip on the radar.

@markdotto Boom. http://www.rubicode.com/Software/RCWebColorPicker/

So far, not understanding Buzz order, and why I keep seeing the same posts over and over. It’s like Groundhog Day every time I check it.
