As we dive into Richard Alpert’s character tonight, remember him as Luis, the photographer, from Suddenly Susan http://j.mp/apOS0C

Still wondering how a human hand holds an iPhone this steady. (Opera Mini 5 demo) http://j.mp/dqsneX

@castig Yes, wp_get_archives. I have a function in functions.php that replaces the parens. I just need to share my theme files soon.
-
@nancybroden Really does seem like a sad ending for a once-great company.
-
@chrisfahey That’s the running joke: that I get to use all 41 blues now.
-
@k Yes, yes I do. So you see a few curse words. How about acusations like this: http://j.mp/bGHqE4
-
@vcastera And miss out on these gems? Nah.
-
@mezzoblue At least that’s a legit reply. Doesn’t make much sense to us. But he did write it after clicking on your tweet.
-
I can’t make this stuff up. These are the type of mentions I see regularly. [may be offensive to some] http://j.mp/byke0s
-
@GamalielOrtega I created a list just for that reason. Browse it to find some great resources: http://twitter.com/stop/design
-
@TomSchmitz Twitter is what *you* make of it. Don’t fall into a trap of following back everyone who follows you. It’s a losing proposition.
-
@PageOneResults Not all users engage the same. Some followers may just be interested in what you write, but will never reply, RT, fav, etc.
-
@PageOneResults Why are you blocking users who “did not engage”? The only time I block is when someone abuses @stop, removing their mentions
-
@simplebits All that said, I think I may still give the Kn Remote a shot. Will have a backup with me just in case I want to switch though.
-
@jeffrey It’s more that actions shouldn’t be based on whether someone follows you or not. That bias can lead to insular relationships.
-
@Rich3183 Rich, here’s a tip: Don’t place the @ symbol in front of every tweet. By doing so, you’re creating unintentional replies to users.
-
@asuh I know. I had a bunch of spam that got injected into some WP theme files. I’ve since cleaned them out, but Google still has the cache.
-
@TommyGunn Probably cleared by now. It was about an hour ago at Civic Center Stn.
-
Muni outbound trains in SF under major delay because of a fight that broke out on a K train in front of us. May want to rethink home path.
-
@bhaggs I did that once (on my scooter) and felt so guilty about it after, haven’t done it since.
-
Marking time: A year ago, tomorrow, was my last day at Google.
-
@jenna Maybe. But also because you can reply to someone knowing you won’t fill the timelines of anyone else who doesn’t follow you both.
-
If you find a few little tight-knit communities on Twitter, it’s fascinating watching the conversation between those people.
-
@jmspool “Bungee ironing” – I could get into that.

RT @jasonsantamaria: Serious class: http://www.apple.com/

RT @CamBowman Reminder, @frugalday is giving away a $20 gift card to Williams-Sonoma. Enter now! http://j.mp/c28t2h

And seriously, iPhone. When are you going to get over your size-envy and stop correcting iPad to uPas?
-
Kindle/Mac feels like a product that had no design input and was all eng. That, or it was rushed to beat the iPad.
-
Happy to see Kindle for Mac finally released. But it’s a very 1.0 release. Maybe not even that. Experience isn’t smooth at all.
-
@simplebits Only issue is that you often have to look at it to use it. That, and it’s too easy to accidentally hit something if not locked.
-
RT @kowitz: This is delightful! http://niemann.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/03/10/my-way/

“Hey Doug, I’d sort of like to add you to my professional network on LinkedIn.” Sort of?
-
@danbenjamin I didn’t know complimenting the host could lead to in invitation. Perhaps I should reach out to Bono and Chris Martin too? ;-)
-
@Brilliantcrank We batted around the idea when the event was first coming together. But no, we haven’t pulled anything together for it.
-
@PageOneResults Not sure what happened. Either a bug in our character limiter, or some clever hacking. Should only be 160 chars.
-
@danbenjamin Have been enjoying Conversation and Pipeline podcasts. Makes great background listening while working. Thanks for doing them.

“Filmed on location in Oahu, Hawaii with the assistance of Hawaii production tax credits.” I’ll produce in Hawaii for tax credits.
-
@petermdenton Right, because you need to do auth from the app. Otherwise, there’s no token.
-
@alissa File > See revision history doesn’t do enough for you?
-
@MikSF In some clients, you can zoom in to see the convo (i.e. Tweetie/Mac). On the web, you can click the in reply to link/open in new tab.
-
@JeffBallweg We know, and we’re not ignoring it. ;-)
-
Even if he stops replying soon, it’s cool to read @ev‘s answers to questions he’s getting in real-time: http://twitter.com/ev
-
@k Sounds like something I’d really like to see. (no pun intended)
-
@whitehawk Actually, that’s @VL‘s fine work.
-
@mezzoblue @tomh @johnallsopp I love the intent – setting alarms for years into the future to remind about questions, predictions, etc.
