@samdownie Sorry – our hack weeks are currently only for Twitter employees.
-
@samdownie We’ve been doing hack weeks about once a quarter.
-
@samdownie Coming soon.
-
@arifkhan7 It will be soon.

Here’s an example of the data and interactive display you get to download from Twitter as your tweet archive: stopdesign.com/tweets/

Like a time machine for your Twitter account. You may already (or will soon) have ability to download all your tweets. blog.twitter.com/2012/12/your-t…

@snuf I know – probably because you’re still seeing the old host. If it says pair at the bottom, dns hasn’t updated for you yet.
-
@snuf Strange – you’re the only one who has reported the 404 so far. Maybe someone needs to kick the dns server over there?
-
@5uds Not likely. But TweetDeck offers it on desktop. And I think Twitterrific offers it by default on mobile.
-
@rkrishnakumar Yes – it’s one of our primary tools.
-
@rogie I hear that. Looking forward to it.
-
@snuf Still getting a 404?
-
@rogie Blogging? What’s that again?
-
@rogie Thanks, man. It’s kinda unfinished – don’t go poking around too much, eh? ;-)

@faxtion Apologies. I changed some DNS settings this weekend – I don’t think they’ve fully propagated yet.
-
@majouji I’ll have to ask, not sure about the technical/financial details involved there.
-
@StuRobson T.co seems to be working fine. Are you getting 404s for my stopdesign post?
-
@rahulkarur Thanks Rahul. Cheers!
-
@jayreilly We actually have a couple photogs/videographers already. No openings right now, but could be more in the future.
-
@snuf Sorry. Made some DNS changes this weekend. Perhaps they haven’t fully propagated yet.

@Zhanna @enunge @mkruz @dbedingfield If that’s wool, suddenly I’m itchy all over.
-
@Rootside Totally an acceptable use of the feature. How I used it for years. But finally gave up, because of the lack of fave org options.
-
@cameronmoll @giron For me, I think it’s also based in wanting to keep email and pleasure/knowledge reading separated.
-
@giron @cameronmoll The only problem with that approach (I’ve used it too) is that it’s a couple more steps than just marking read later.
-
@Rootside Unfortunately or not, with the Connect view, that’s not true anymore.
-
@giron One of the services should do that for you automatically. Perhaps even batch them by a certain period and email them all at once.
-
When I mark something to read later, I typically can’t remember which service it went to (of the three I signed up for). I need to pick one.
-
@trammell Not getting to second implies that you *did* get to first. cc @elizabeth @zeldman

At a Dickens Faire, bewildered. I had no idea how large this subculture was. More extreme than any Ren Faire.
-
@DanHarrelson @mkruz From our vantage point, it looked like he was just rolling with a playlist in iTunes (v10).
-
@nancybroden Did your account get taken over by a Jobvite spam bot? I can see you excited about joining the flock, but these are suspicious.
-
@bhaggs I didn’t know Grandpa Haggs referred to you?! cc @dbedingfield

@chrismpls Someone had to do that,

It’s fantastic to see Yahoo invest in Flickr. And leading with mobile too, where Flickr can really shine.
-
Can’t see this happening any time soon, but Twitter could use a way to mark tweeted questions as answered. (Thanks for the Flickr answers.)
-
Trying to figure out why I’m suddenly getting an influx of “so-and-so added you as a contact on Flickr” emails. Did Flickr change something?
-
Although there are many good things in iOS 6, I’m frequently disappointed with the clunky experience of the official App Store app.
-
@iamnirav Yes – it requires adjusting the amount of Benedictine based on how tart or sweet the lemon juice is.
-
@iamnirav Let me know how you like it if you can get one made properly. The rye version with the right amount of lemon juice is amazing.
-
@mikeindustries @gruber That only strengthens my one acceptable use claim.
