@BofA_Help Appreciated. But all our BofA accounts are now closed. We’ve moved on.
-
@cameronmoll Do mobile apps like Twitter and Facebook send referral IDs when they open links in their web viewers? My hunch is no.
-
@MyFrugalWife As long as the account name you want to switch to is available, you can do it within Settings on twitter.com.
-
@JimYoull Probably because 1) never needed support until recently, and 2) laziness.
-
@bhaggs @goldman Exactly. See follow up tweet: twitter.com/stop/status/46…
-
@stop Technically, I never opened an account with BofA. I started with Security Pacific, later acquired by BankAmerica. Anyone remember SP?
-
@goldman Eek. Not the same situation for us. But a similar level of incompetence, and an inability to just fix what was clearly wrong.
-
@parislemon Nothing yet. Have had a secondary account with Chase for several years. So that’s the backup for now.
-
@_ Tis the season.
-
@bryanmccarty We have a Simple account, but haven’t used it. Yet.
-
@blairanderson The sad irony is that the collective business as a non-human entity doesn’t care that we’ve left. Not even a rounding error.
-
@LaEscude Banks (or any businesses) that value customers empower their service reps to go above and beyond expectations.
-
After 24 years as a loyal customer, I closed all my accounts with BofA today. Its customer service reps lack both compassion and authority.
-
@bergrbergr The only winning move is not to play.
-
@willhaynes Tell them, not me. ;)
-
@bigchaz I’d pay good money to experience Disney’s version of the DMV.
-
Enjoying some time off by waiting in line at the DMV.
-
@tdominey Thanks. I’m only comfortable doing this because there’s such a great team I’m leaving behind.
-
@Malarkey @zeldman @paulmsmith @brad_frost @simplebits @tdominey A what? Must be something unique to that side of the pond.
-
@paulmsmith Good or bad, I haven’t written much code the last few years. #rusty
-
@zeldman @paulmsmith @brad_frost @Malarkey @simplebits @tdominey Hear, hear! I suddenly find myself with a bit more free time.

This Medium piece about conning a real estate agent in SF reads more like a creative ad for Indochino. medium.com/real-estate-3-…
-
@fchimero @joshlong @FictiveCameron @cameronmoll @shiflett @Yarcom He never faves our tweets anymore either. It’s like he’s gone silent.
-
@jeremyreiss @aleereiss Congrats to you both. I think that will tie you for the lead on @design (with @workjon) for largest team.
-
@SecurityGeorge I’m gonna have to come back just get a fist bump from you sir. Thank you for making every Monday a Happy Monday.
-
@ellenbeldner @bhaggs If it is, someone is fired.
-
@VL Thank YOU for hopping over here from Brazil to work with us in person. And for helping us make Twitter beautiful and fun.
-
Heading to my last interview on the calendar with someone named Exit.
-
@mrtall You too, Tall.
-
@trammell Never forget the look on my face when I first saw your beard.
-
@monteiro Dude. Thanks for keeping us honest and reminding us who we we’ve building for.
-
@origiful You’re so fired.
-
@desandro Love the photo tweet. And working with you DeSandro.
-
@pixelworkers Very much appreciated. Though @CamBowman teases me about the orange square that sits just above the butt.
-
@eddie Can’t believe it took all this just to get into it.
-
@luxuryluke My first reaction to seeing that fortune was “WTH took so long for them to be ready?!”
-
It’s been an honor to serve as Twitter’s creative director for the past 5 years. On my last day here, I offer this: stopdesign.com/archive/2014/0…
-
Breathe.
-
@mikeindustries @motherfuton Technically, you mean the city of South San Francisco.
-
@ResourcefulMom There should be a service that does this and sends it to you, like fractureme.com
-
@ResourcefulMom Whoa! Nice! And you didn’t even include her username. Keep that one.
