@markboulton If I’m honest, I feel that too. The culture here has certainly changed from the tight-knit, open industry it was a decade ago.

@markboulton My guess is that some of this comes from youth and inexperience, and those folks having a far louder voice than ever before.

Twitter’s “strategy statement” is easy to critique from the outside. It’s long & wordy. Even I couldn’t resist trying to shorten & simplify…
